The proposed cooperation focuses on ESG-based operating systems, workforce development, service localization, and sustainable industry models for China’s growing life care sector.
SEOUL, South Korea — K-MIRACLE Co., Ltd., a Korea-based ESG life care platform, and Shanghai Sirison Education Technology Co., Ltd. have entered discussions on strategic cooperation for an ESG-based life care industry operating system in China.
The two companies signed an Executive Memorandum of Intent on April 28 for the ESG Life Care Industry Operating System Model. Through the agreement, both sides will review the feasibility of applying a sustainable industry model to the Chinese market.
The proposed model is designed to combine Korea’s life care service operation experience with ESG-aligned standards, workforce development, localized service systems, and recurring revenue structures.
According to K-MIRACLE, the cooperation is being discussed in response to growing demand in China for structured service quality management, professional talent development, and sustainable business operations in wellness, beauty, healthcare, and lifestyle-related industries.
China has continued to expand policy and industry initiatives linked to carbon neutrality, common prosperity, and the Healthy China strategy. These trends have increased interest in ESG-based business models across consumer service and life care sectors.
The cooperation is expected to cover several areas, including ESG strategy and operating system design, localization of the ESG life care model, professional workforce training and placement, and premium service expansion.
The companies are also reviewing ways to connect education and field-based training with employment and industry participation. The goal is to support a practical operating structure that can help local talent participate in China’s life care industry.
A representative of K-MIRACLE said the company aims to work with local partners to develop a model that supports industrial competitiveness, talent independence, and ESG-based brand value.
Shanghai Sirison Education Technology is expected to continue reviewing how Korea’s operating system and education-linked industry model could be adapted to China’s local business environment.
The two companies plan to continue discussions on detailed implementation plans, localization strategies, and possible business applications for the ESG Life Care Industry Operating System Model.
