POCHEON, SOUTH KOREA — 2026 — K-MIRACLE Co., Ltd. has received an official cooperation request from the Pocheon Carbon Neutrality Support Center concerning international carbon neutrality collaboration and the development, exchange, and networking of Korean-style eco-friendly technical personnel.
The proposed initiative was introduced in connection with the 2026 Pocheon Carbon Neutrality Support Center Council General Assembly and is intended to establish a practical framework for cooperation between Korean organizations and overseas local governments, institutions, and professional networks working in the field of carbon neutrality.
The proposed areas of cooperation include administrative coordination and partnership agreements with overseas carbon-neutral local governments, public institutions, and related organizations. The initiative also covers the training and international exchange of eco-friendly technical personnel, with an emphasis on sharing Korean experience, technical knowledge, and workforce development models.
Target regions currently under consideration include India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Laos, China, and Mongolia. Potential activities may involve institutional networking, technical personnel exchanges, joint training programs, local partnership development, and international projects designed to support sustainable regional growth.
The proposed cooperation period is scheduled to run from April 2026 through December 2026, with the possibility of extension depending on project progress, regional conditions, and mutual consultation between participating organizations.
