K-MIRACLE Conducts Employment and Entrepreneurship Training at Gyeonggi Gunpo Regional Self-Sufficiency Center

GUNPO, South Korea — K-MIRACLE Co., Ltd. has conducted a practical workforce development program at the Gyeonggi Gunpo Regional Self-Sufficiency Center, providing local participants with training in employment preparation, entrepreneurship, and essential workplace competencies.

The program was designed for residents participating in self-sufficiency employment initiatives aimed at supporting individuals facing economic challenges in building stable and sustainable livelihoods.

The Gyeonggi Gunpo Regional Self-Sufficiency Center supports local residents by providing work experience, vocational education, and practical employment opportunities that can help them move toward greater economic independence.

Through this latest training program, participants were encouraged to look beyond their current self-sufficiency work activities and begin preparing for their next stage of development, whether through employment, entrepreneurship, or other career opportunities.

Building Practical Skills for Employment and Entrepreneurship

The training focused on strengthening the competencies required to pursue both employment and entrepreneurship while helping participants identify their individual strengths, experiences, and potential career pathways.

Hwang KeumVit, CEO of K-MIRACLE Co., Ltd., led a session introducing different possibilities for employment and business creation. The session focused on how participants can recognize their existing capabilities, experience, and personal strengths and translate them into realistic opportunities in the labor market or entrepreneurial environment.

Rather than approaching employment or entrepreneurship as a single predetermined path, participants were encouraged to evaluate their own circumstances and explore practical options that could support their long-term economic independence.

The program also included hands-on employment preparation led by Center Director Ko Young-shin, covering areas such as professional image management, interview preparation, mock interviews, and résumé and personal statement writing.

These sessions provided participants with practical tools that can be applied directly during recruitment and job-search processes, helping them better understand how to communicate their strengths and improve their overall employment competitiveness.

Preparing Participants for New Opportunities

The program also gave participants an opportunity to reassess their personal strengths, professional goals, and future plans after completing their current self-sufficiency work programs.

Through a combination of career exploration and practical exercises, participants reviewed the capabilities needed for employment and entrepreneurship while considering which development pathways would be most appropriate for their individual circumstances.

The training was structured not simply as a short-term educational session, but as an opportunity for participants to begin developing more concrete plans for their next stage of professional and economic growth.

Supporting the Transition from Training to Sustainable Careers

K-MIRACLE plans to continue working with regional self-sufficiency centers and other public and community-based organizations to provide practical programs that connect education and work experience with real employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.

By combining career development, workplace competencies, entrepreneurship education, and practical employment preparation, K-MIRACLE aims to help participants strengthen their ability to enter the workforce, explore new business opportunities, and establish greater economic independence.

The company will continue expanding practice-oriented workforce and capacity-building initiatives in cooperation with institutions serving diverse communities, with a particular focus on creating pathways through which education and work experience can translate into sustainable professional growth.
