K-MIRACLE Delivers Startup Management Training for Aspiring Entrepreneurs in Seoul

Program focuses on practical business operations, standardized management systems and sustainable brand growth

SEOUL, South Korea — K-MIRACLE conducted a startup and business management training program for aspiring entrepreneurs and early-stage business owners at the Gwanak Lifelong Learning Center in Seoul.

Titled “Start-Up · Skill-Up: Strengthening Capabilities for Entrepreneurship and Business Management,” the program was designed to help participants develop the practical knowledge and management skills required to launch, operate and grow a sustainable business.

Practical Strategies for Sustainable Business Operations

The training focused on the operational foundations needed to build a stable business in a rapidly changing market environment.

Rather than concentrating solely on business ideas or startup procedures, the program covered essential areas such as brand development, standardized operating procedures, organizational management, service consistency and customer trust.

Participants reviewed the practical steps required to turn business concepts into structured operating models and used the session to further refine their own business plans.

Experience-Based Entrepreneurship Education

The program was led by KeumVit Hwang, CEO of K-MIRACLE, who has planned, developed and operated multiple brands since 2015.

Drawing on her experience in business and brand management, Hwang introduced real-world examples of the challenges commonly faced by early-stage entrepreneurs. The session combined core management principles with practical guidance that participants could apply directly to their businesses.

“Starting a business is only the beginning. The greater challenge is operating it consistently and creating a structure that supports long-term growth,” Hwang said.

Standardized Systems as a Foundation for Growth

Hwang emphasized that sustainable businesses should not depend entirely on the experience or judgment of one individual.

“A growing brand needs clear operating standards and systems that can be understood and implemented by others,” she said. “Standardized processes help businesses improve internal management while providing customers with consistent service and greater trust.”

The training highlighted how clearly documented procedures can help early-stage companies strengthen efficiency, maintain service quality and prepare for future expansion.

Expanding Entrepreneurship and Management Programs

K-MIRACLE continues to develop entrepreneurship and business management programs in cooperation with public institutions, educational organizations and business partners.

The organization plans to expand its education and collaboration initiatives, using practical business experience to help entrepreneurs, companies and institutions establish stronger operating systems and pursue sustainable growth.
