Three-session mindfulness and self-discovery programme helps local young adults identify their strengths, rebuild confidence, and develop a clearer vision for the future
BUAN, South Korea — K-MIRACLE Co., Ltd., in partnership with the Buan County Government, successfully delivered a three-session mindfulness and personal development programme designed to enhance self-esteem and support future planning among young adults in the local community.
The programme was created to provide participants with an opportunity to reflect on their thoughts, emotions, experiences, and personal aspirations. Through structured activities and open discussion, participants were encouraged to recognise their individual strengths and values and develop greater confidence in shaping their own futures.
Rather than relying on a conventional lecture-based format, the programme placed strong emphasis on participation, communication, and personal reflection. Its primary objective was to help young adults better understand themselves and identify meaningful directions for their careers and lives.
Building Self-Awareness for Personal Growth
The programme featured a variety of interactive activities that allowed participants to revisit their experiences, express their thoughts, and deepen their understanding of themselves.
